        2. Save a valid credit card.It is saved with Square and stays on file: the first payment is charged to it when the wheel stops, and each later billing period after that.

        6. TermEvery licence is a 36-month contract beginning on the date you sign up. It then renews every 12 months unless you give written notice at least 90 days before the current term ends.
        7. Early exitCancelling before the end of the current term, or leaving without that 90 days' written notice, makes the waived half of the provisioning fee due at that time, with no tax added. Monthly billing waives nothing, so nothing further is due.
        8. Provisioning delaysAny delay in provisioning not caused by your practice extends the contracted period of use by the same length.
        9. Card on fileA valid credit card, saved with Square, is required to play. It stays on file: the first payment is charged to it when the wheel stops, and each later billing period on its date. A declined renewal is tried again on days 1, 3 and 7.
        10. BindingWhatever the wheel produces is binding. It cannot be cancelled, refreshed or exited. The card is charged that exact price, with the provisioning fee due at signing, the moment the wheel stops.

        How does Name Your Own Price work?

        You choose a tier and whether to pay annually, save a valid credit card with Square, and spin. The drum runs through every discounted rate between the listed price and 10% below it and lands on one. That is your first-year price — never above list, guaranteed at or below it. Paying annually takes a further 10% off, so year one can be 20% below list.

        Is the wheel result really binding?

        Yes. Once the wheel stops, the price is locked on our side, the card is charged that exact amount, and the contract begins. It cannot be cancelled, refreshed or exited. Reloading the page shows the same result.

        Why do you need a card on file?

        The card is charged the first payment when the wheel stops, and each later billing period on its date. It is saved by Square; AMDana never sees or stores the number. If a renewal is declined it is tried again on days 1, 3 and 7.

        What is the provisioning fee, and is it waived?

        The one-time cost of creating your isolated tenant, configuring your template, importing your first team and a guided onboarding session (Atlas $6,950; Prometheus $8,500; Zeus $11,500). Prepay the first year (10% off) and half of the provisioning fee is waived; monthly billing includes the full fee. The fee, or the half of it you pay, is charged with the first payment. Cancelling early, or without that notice, makes the waived half due at that time. With monthly billing nothing is waived, so nothing more is due.

        How long is the contract, and how do I end it?

        36-month license, then renews every 12 months unless you give 90 days' written notice before the term ends. Notice must reach us in writing at least 90 days before the current term ends; notice that arrives later ends the following term instead. A delay in provisioning not caused by your practice extends the contract by the same length.

        What does each year after the first cost?

        The listed monthly price for your tier, or 10% less if you pay annually. Name Your Own Price applies to the first-year bill only.

        Is there a free plan or a trial?

        No. You sign up, pay the price the wheel produced, and your tenant is active within minutes.

        Is AMDana HIPAA compliant?

        AMDana is built with HIPAA-ready controls — access control, audit, integrity, transmission security, PHI-safe notifications — and we sign a Business Associate Agreement with covered entities. Compliance is a shared responsibility; your policies, training and configuration complete the program.

        Can we upgrade later?

        Yes. Upgrading from Atlas to Prometheus or Zeus takes effect immediately and is prorated. The contract dates do not change.

        Where is our data?

        In your own isolated tenant on AMDana's hosted platform, with nightly encrypted offsite backups. Zeus customers may use their own domain and mail identity.

        What counts as a seat?

        An active account inside your tenant, internal or external. Pending invitations and deactivated accounts do not count.
