Licensing FAQ

What is the provisioning fee?

A one-time fee that covers creating your isolated tenant, configuring your organization template, importing your first team, and a guided onboarding session. It is waived when you commit to a 36-month term and pay the first year in full.

How does the 3-year commitment bill?

You pay twelve months up front at the monthly rate (no provisioning fee). Years two and three bill annually on the anniversary. The commitment ends after 36 months; you may cancel for the end of the term.

What happens after month-to-month cancellation?

Your tenant is suspended at the end of the paid period. You can export every record and file before then, and we retain an encrypted copy for 30 days in case you return.

Is AMDana HIPAA compliant?

AMDana is built with HIPAA-ready controls — access control, audit, integrity, transmission security, PHI-safe notifications — and we sign a Business Associate Agreement with covered entities. Compliance is a shared responsibility; your policies, training and configuration complete the program.

Can we upgrade later?

Yes. Upgrading from Atlas to Prometheus or Zeus takes effect immediately and is prorated. Your provisioning fee is never charged twice.

Where is our data?

In your own isolated tenant on AMDana's hosted platform, with nightly encrypted offsite backups. Zeus customers may use their own domain and mail identity.

What counts as a seat?

An active account inside your tenant, internal or external. Pending invitations and deactivated accounts do not count.
