How amdana.app and the AMDana platform handle personal information.
What we collect on this website
When you request a demo or license AMDana we collect the organization name, administrator name, email, optional phone and notes you provide, and the plan and billing term you select. Payment card details are collected and processed by Stripe; AMDana receives only a customer and subscription reference. This website sets no advertising or analytics cookies.
Why we use it
To provision and administer your tenant, to send the welcome email and service notices, to bill the subscription, and to respond to your requests.
Inside the platform
Customer organizations control the data they enter into their tenant. AMDana processes it only to provide the service under the License Terms and, where applicable, a Business Associate Agreement. Off-application notifications never contain message content.
Retention
Signup records are kept for the life of the subscription plus seven years for accounting. Tenant data is deleted 30 days after termination unless a longer retention is agreed.

Write to support@amdana.app to access, correct or delete personal information we hold about you as a website visitor.
