Text Message Terms
How AthleticsMD LLC (AMDana) uses text messages for demo appointments.
Program
AthleticsMD LLC, doing business as AMDana, sends appointment text messages to people who book a video demo with us. Every message concerns only that appointment: a reminder 24 hours before, a reminder 1 hour before with the video link to join, and a notice if the appointment is rescheduled or cancelled. The messages are transactional. They contain no offers, discounts or promotional content.
How you opt in
On the demo booking form you enter your mobile number and tick the box that reads: “I agree that AthleticsMD LLC (AMDana) may contact me about this request by phone, email and text message, including appointment reminders and a video-meeting link for any demo I book. Message frequency varies with your booking; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help. Agreeing is not a condition of buying anything.” The box is never pre-ticked, and ticking it is not a condition of buying anything. We text you only if you ticked it.
Frequency and cost
Message frequency varies with your booking: typically a reminder 24 hours before, one 1 hour before, and a notice if the appointment is rescheduled or cancelled. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your carrier plan.
Stop and help
Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts; you will get one confirmation and no more. Reply HELP for help, or write to support@amdana.app. Messages are sent only between 8 AM and 8 PM in your time zone.
Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Your information
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. See the Privacy Notice.
