Every AI feature in AMDana — manuscript suggestions, form generation, the assistant, statistical write-ups — runs on Smart Credits. One credit is one token of model work. The pricing agreement

CeilingYour price will never be above the listed price. The wheel lands on the listed price or below it — never above.
FloorThe first-year discount is never more than 10% of the listed monthly price.
Annual paymentChoose to pay annually — from the day you sign up — and a further 10% comes off, every year. Together with the wheel that is up to 20% off the first year.
First year onlyName Your Own Price applies to the first-year bill. Every year after the first bills at the listed price (less the annual-payment discount if you pay annually).
Provisioning feePrepay the first year and half of the provisioning fee for your tier is waived; the other half is charged with the first payment. Monthly billing includes the full provisioning fee with the first payment; nothing is waived.
TermEvery licence is a 36-month contract beginning on the date you sign up. It then renews every 12 months unless you give written notice at least 90 days before the current term ends.
Early exitCancelling before the end of the current term, or leaving without that 90 days' written notice, makes the waived half of the provisioning fee due at that time, with no tax added. Monthly billing waives nothing, so nothing further is due.
Provisioning delaysAny delay in provisioning not caused by your practice extends the contracted period of use by the same length.
Card on fileA valid credit card, saved with Square, is required to play. It stays on file: the first payment is charged to it when the wheel stops, and each later billing period on its date. A declined renewal is tried again on days 1, 3 and 7.
BindingWhatever the wheel produces is binding. It cannot be cancelled, refreshed or exited. The card is charged that exact price, with the provisioning fee due at signing, the moment the wheel stops.

Card details are saved by Square. AMDana never sees or stores your card number. Nothing is charged until the wheel stops; then the first-year price and the provisioning fee due at signing are charged together.
